What is it?
An iced, frothy special matcha latte flavored with vanilla and brown sugar. A colorful and fun drink for birthday celebrations.
Ingredients
- 2 Kinocha Scoops (4 g) Kinocha Ceremonial Grade Matcha
- 50 ml warm water
- Ice
- For brown sugar vanilla cold foam:
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 50 ml milk
- Colorful sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk matcha with warm water.
- Froth vanilla, brown sugar, and milk.
- Put ice in a glass, add matcha, pour the foam on top.
- Garnish with colorful sprinkles.
Tips
- Matcha should be lump-free.
- Froth the foam well.
