What is it?
A refreshing, creamy latte made with a combination of sweet milk jam and rich matcha flavor. It is part of the Kinocha founder's daily matcha routine.
Ingredients
- 1 Kinocha Scoop (2g) Kinocha Ceremonial Grade Matcha
- 100 ml hot water
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon sweetened milk jam
- Ice (optional)
Equipment: Kinocha Bamboo Whisk or milk frother
Preparation
- Whisk the matcha with warm water until smooth.
- Mix the milk and milk jam.
- Add ice to a glass and pour in the matcha mixture. Top with the milk mixture.
- Stir and serve.
Tips
- The water should not be too hot.
- Whisk with a bamboo whisk.
- Milk can vary according to your preferences.
