What is it?
A practical, no-added-sugar sweet snack where natural dates meet peanut butter and matcha-flavored chocolate.
Ingredients
- 12 medium dates (pitted)
- ⅓ cup white chocolate (melted)
- 1 Kinocha Spoon (2g) Kinocha Ceremonial Grade Matcha
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (can also be almond or cashew butter)
- A pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Place the dates on a tray and flatten them.
- Spread peanut butter over them. Melt the white chocolate and mix with matcha.
- Spread the matcha chocolate over the peanut butter, then sprinkle with salt.
- Refrigerate or freeze until the chocolate hardens.
Tips
- Use soft dates.
- Matcha must be sifted.
- Salt balances the sweetness.
