What is it?

A special iced, frothy matcha latte flavored with vanilla and brown sugar. A colorful and fun drink for birthday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 Kinocha Scoops (4 g) Kinocha Ceremonial Grade Matcha
  • 50 ml warm water
  • Ice
  • For brown sugar vanilla cold foam:
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
    • 50 ml milk
  • Colorful sprinkles for garnish

Preparation

  1. Whisk matcha with warm water.
  2. Froth vanilla, brown sugar, and milk.
  3. Put ice in a glass, add matcha, pour the foam on top.
  4. Garnish with colorful sprinkles.

Tips

  • Matcha should be lump-free.
  • Froth the foam well.
